chapter I


Article 1 (purpose)

The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate the conditions and procedures of use of all services provided by Sarah (hereinafter referred to as "Company") on the website (http://isera.kr). 


Article 2 (Definition) 

The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows: 

1. User: person who receives the services provided by the company under this Agreement

2. Service contract: Contract between the company and the user regarding service use

3. Sign - up: To enter the information on the application form provided by the company and agree to these terms and conditions to complete the service contract

4. Member: A person who registered as a member by providing the personal information necessary for membership on this site

5. User Number (ID): A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the company for the member's service use (only one ID can be issued to a resident registration number).

6. Password: A combination of letters, numbers and special characters set by the user themselves to protect the members' information

7. Usage: The company or its members close the service contract after using the service


Article 3 (Effective and Change of Terms)

If the member does not agree to the changed agreement, the member may ask for withdrawal (reject) and the member shall not show his objection seven days after the service is generated.

1 This Agreement shall be effective by posting it on the service screen or by posting it in the notice board or otherwise. 

2 The company may change the contents of these terms and conditions if it is deemed necessary, and notice the changed terms and conditions on the service screen, and if the service is continued to be used seven days after the notification, the company agrees to change.

3 If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, the user can stop using the service and cancel his or her membership registration. If the user continues to use the changed terms and conditions are considered to have the same effect as before.


Article 4 (Preparation Regulations) 

Matters not specified in this Agreement shall comply with the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act and other related statutes. 

Chapter 2 Service contract


Article 5 (Construction of a service contract) 

The service contract consists of the company's consent to the user's application for use and the agreement on the user's terms and conditions.


Article 6 (Apply for Use) 

The application can be made by recording personal personal information on the application form required by the company in the member information screen of the service. 


Article 7 (Approval by user application)

1 In the event a member applies for the use of an application accurately, he/she accepts the application for the service unless there are special circumstances.

2 You may not accept the use of any of the following: 

1. When you do not apply under your real name

2. When applied using another person's name

3. In case the contents of the application are recorded as false

4. When an application is made for the purpose of obstructing the order of safety or good manners of society

5. 


Article 8 (Change of Terms) 

The member shall correct any changes made during the application for use. The member shall be responsible for any problems caused by failure to modify them.

Chapter 3 Responsibilities of the parties to the contract


Article 9 (Company's obligation) 

The company shall not divulge or distribute the members' personal information that it knows about service provision to third parties without their consent. However, this shall not be the case if there is a request from the national institution under the Act, such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, or if there is an investigation purpose for the crime or a request made by other related laws.


Article 10 (A member's obligation)

1 The members shall not perform the following actions when using the service: 

1. Denying the identity of another member 

2. Cloning, publishing, or providing third-party information 

3. Violating copyright of the company, copyright of third parties, etc. 

4. Dissemination of contents that violate public order and public morals 

5. Activities that are objectively judged to be related to crime 

6. Violation of other related laws 

2 The members cannot perform business activities using the service and the company shall not be held responsible for the results of the operation. 

3 The members shall not transfer or give the rights to use the service or other position under the service contract to others, nor shall they provide the service as collateral. 

Chapter 4 Service Utilization 


Article 11 (A duty of members)

1 The members shall be responsible for maintenance of their mail, bulletin boards, and registration data as necessary. 

2 The members cannot delete or change data provided by the company at random.

3 The members shall not register contents that violate the public order or customs order on the company's website, or contents that violate third party rights such as copyrights. The members shall be responsible for all consequences of publishing such contents. 


Article 12 (Management and deletion of publications) 

For efficient service operation, you can limit the memory space, message size, and number of days of storage of a member, and delete the member without notice if his registration falls under any of the following: 

1. In case of slander or slander of another member or third party,

2. In case of violation of public order and breeze 

3. In case it is recognized to be associated with a criminal act 

4. In case the company infringes on copyrights, copyrights of third parties, etc. 

5. In case a member posts pornographic materials on the company's homepage and bulletin board or links to pornographic websites 

6. In case it is found to be in violation of other related laws 


Article 13 (Personal copyright) 

The copyright of the postings is in the publisher's own right, and the members cannot commercially use the data posted in the service, such as processing and selling the information obtained using the service. 


Article 14 (time of service use) 

The use of the service shall be 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there is any special business or technical difficulties. However, this is not the case in the event of a regular inspection.


Article 15 (Service Accountability) 

The company shall not use the service to commit hacking, link to pornographic websites, or illegal distribution of commercial S/W. The company shall not be held responsible for the consequences and losses of operating activities caused by violation or legal actions by the concerned. 


Article 16 (Stop Service Delivery) 

You can stop providing services if: 

1. In case of unavoidable construction, such as repair of service facilities 

2. In the event that the telecommunication service provider has stopped as specified in the Telecommunication Business Act 

3. If a system check is required

4. In case of other unavoidable reasons

Chapter 5 Termination and restriction of use


Article 17 (Cancellation and restriction of use)

1 When a member intends to cancel a service contract, the member himself shall apply for the cancellation through the Internet and the company shall check whether he or she is in charge.

2 The company shall give an opportunity to inform the users of the meaning up to 30 days before the cancellation measure if the member commits any of the following actions.

1. In case another user ID and password are stolen 

2. In case of intentional interruption of service operations 

3. In case of a false entry application

4. If the same user has double registered with a different ID 

5. In case of dissemination of content that is detrimental to public order and breeze flow 

6. In case of an action that damages or damages another person's honor 

7. When sending a large amount of information or advertising information to prevent stable service operation 

8. In case of spreading a computer virus program that causes malfunction or destruction of information 

9. In case of infringement of the intellectual property rights of the company or other members or third parties; 

10. In case of a negative use of other people's personal information, user ID and password 

11. In case a member posts pornographic materials on his or her homepage or bulletin board or links to pornographic websites 

12. If it is found to be in violation of other relevant laws

Article 18 (No transfer) 

The member shall not transfer or give the rights to use the service or other contract status to others and shall not provide the service as collateral.


Article 19 (Disability compensation) 

The company shall not be held liable for any damages caused to the members in connection with the service provided for free except for damages caused by intentional or serious negligence of the company.


Article 20 (Exemptive clause)

1 If a company cannot provide services due to natural disasters, wars, or other force equivalent to them, the company is exempted from responsibility for the provision of services.

2 The company shall be exempted from liability for damages caused by unavoidable causes such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.

3 The company shall not be held liable for failure of service use due to reasons attributable to the members.

4 The company shall not be held liable for damages caused by the benefits expected by the members or data obtained through the service.

5 The company shall not be held liable for the information, data, reliability of facts, and accuracy posted by the members in the service.


Article 21 (Administrative Court) 

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of services, the court in charge of the company's location shall be the sole jurisdiction.
